- 3 Lg Eggs
- 1/2 Cup Unsalted Butter
- 3 Tbsp Sugar
- 1 tsp Salt
- 3 Cups Bread Flour

- In the order recommended by your bread machine manual, add milk, eggs, butter, sugar, salt, flour, and yeast to the bread pan.
- Set your bread machine to the Dough Cycle and let it mix, knead, and rise the dough. This usually takes about 90 minutes.
- Once the cycle ends, transfer the dough to a lightly floured surface.Shape it into a loaf or divide it into rolls.Place it in a greased bread pan and cover with a towel. Let it rise for 30-45 minutes or until doubled in size.
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Bake for 25-30 minutes, until golden brown on top. If making rolls, bake for about 15 minutes.
- Let your brioche cool slightly before slicing. Enjoy with butter, jam, or use it to make the best French toast ever!
Notes
When using online recipes, you either add wet and then dry ingredients or the other way around. With my machine, I always add wet and then dry. Pro Tips:
- Want a richer flavor? Add an extra egg yolk.
- For a shiny, golden crust, brush with an egg wash before baking.
- Need a sweeter version? Add a tablespoon of honey or vanilla extract.
