Today’s task is more of a rolling project, rather than just sitting down and writing it all out in one go. Creating a Thanksgiving menu early in the planning can help you organize what you want to make, what you need to buy, and even what you need to ask Aunt Gladys to bring (hint hint).
I use my menu planner to write the main meal, the appetizers, and the desserts. I add any extra items that are nice to have like drinks or teas, that may be easier to assemble before holiday cooking commences.
Here is my actual Thanksgiving Menu planning printable. Yes, I do use this. It’s a great way to keep track of dietary needs, pantry items, and fresh things. I mark them off as I have them and it makes me feel so much less stressed when I know what has to be done.

One last thought; Please use a pencil. I may be able to find an old copy (or three) of this page from past years that I did in pen with about 50 items crossed off and squiggly notes in margins. Don’t be like me. Use a pencil.
