How to Brine Your Turkey

After this weekend, things get a little hectic in my kitchen. I plan to shop this Sunday, with my Master Grocery List and get everything ready to start cooking. Thankfully, I found a turkey on sale a couple of weeks ago, so I can get started thawing it now.

I wanted to thank everyone who has emailed and messaged me about the Countdown. This is my third year doing it, and it’s starting to feel like a Thanksgiving tradition for our family. How cool is that?
