Heart Calmer Tea

This Heart Calmer Tea recipe is perfect for enjoying with a loved one or just because you love yourself.

A soothing blend to reduce stress and lower blood pressure, perfect for unwinding.
Ingredients (A heaping Tablespoon of mixture makes 2 servings):

  • 1 part dried Hawthorn berries (supports heart function and circulation)
  • 1 part dried Lemon balm (calms nerves and promotes relaxation)
  • 1 part dried Chamomile flowers (anti-inflammatory and calming)
  • Optional: ½ part dried Lavender flowers (adds aroma and relaxation benefits)
  • Optional: 1/2 part dried rose petals (soothing and relaxing benefits)

Instructions:

  1. Bring 2 cups of water to a boil, then reduce to a simmer.
  2. Add all the herbs and steep for 10-15 minutes.
  3. Strain the tea into cups, optionally sweetening with honey if desired.
  4. Sip mindfully, imagining your heart glowing with warmth and calm.
