I will let you in on a little secret: I am working on another book – this one is all about fermented foods. Soon, I can share more info on the collaborative effort with another wonderful writer, but for now, you know why I am going crazy with the sourdough info.
We eat sourdough quite often, my started is actually one that I have had for many years. I have even given dozens away at classes I give, sharing my sourdough favorites with as many people as possible. I love to be a Sourdough Enabler and I am not too proud to admit it.
Today’s recipe is for one of my favorites. If your family loves English muffins, they will absolutely love this homemade sourdough variety. They are really interesting to make too, although I recommend that your little chef is old enough to respect the cast iron. The pan gets roaring hot!

These look so yummy! I have attempted English muffins a couple of times, they are way easier to make than I would have ever thought!
Love your blog! I can’t wait to come back and read more!
I nominated you for the Liebster Award, and you can see more about it here http://thebertones.blogspot.com/2013/02/i-got-award.html
